Kally Ho

Kally is an associate at Savard Foy LLP. She practices criminal and regulatory law and represents clients at all levels of court. Kally believes that people are not always treated equally in the justice system. She advocates zealously and empathically to ensure her client’s voices are heard and understood.

Kally obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. At Osgoode, she was selected to take part in its Criminal Law Intensive program. She also worked as a Research Assistant and studied how access to justice is impacted in domestic violence cases at the intersection of different areas of law. Prior to law school, Kally completed her undergraduate studies at Queen’s University with a major in Sociology.

Before joining Savard Foy LLP, Kally completed her articles with a well-respected criminal defence firm in downtown Toronto. There, she worked on a variety of matters ranging from regulatory charges and professional disciplinary matters to criminal extraditions and serious criminal offences.

Kally volunteers with refugee support organizations in Toronto where she helps refugee applicants prepare for Admissibility Hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. She is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers Ontario, the Group of Racialized (Ontario) Women Litigators, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Kally provides legal services in English and Cantonese.
